To assist like-minded Christian organizations in leadership development, personnel concerns, administrative guidance, long range planning and other areas as requested.

 

Purpose Statement

Helps International Ministries (HIM) provides senior leadership to consult with Christian ministries in at least five primary catagories in an objective and unbiased manner.  HIM provides guidance and recommendations in leadership transition, board member development, staff issues when third party observations are helpful, analysis of current operations and setting goals and objectives for the future.
